Throughout the Renew You Challenge you will explore a variety of training techniques, including:
Full body weight training
Pilates-inspired core, glute, and sculpt workouts
Deep core and pelvic floor-focused exercises
Optional activities to get your body moving
Throughout the Renew You Challenge you will experience a variety of workouts between 15-45 minutes each.
The Renew You Challenge is suitable for all levels. With modifications for the fitness newbie, but enough variety to challenge the most experienced weightlifting girlie.

Dynamic mobility flows
Optional activities to get your body moving
Throughout the Renew You Challenge you will experience a variety of workouts between 15-45 minutes each.
The Renew You Challenge is suitable for all levels. With modifications for the fitness newbie, but enough variety to challenge the most experienced weightlifting girlie.
This challenge includes a combination of dumbbell-only and bodyweight workouts that can be completed at home or in a gym. We recommend having access to:
- 1 lighter set of dumbbells (5-10 lbs)
- 1 heavier set of dumbbells (15-30 lbs)
- Non-slip resistance bands (get ours here)
- Bench, box, or step
- Exercise mat

Each week’s challenge workouts will be released on Sundays at 12pm ET.
If you purchase just the challenge, you will have access to The Team Plans app for the duration of challenge, from the time you’re added to Sunday, February 19.
If you purchase annual access, you will have access to The Team Plans app for 12 months from the time you’re added.
This challenge requires minimal equipment and can be completed at home or in a gym.
Our athlete-inspired training splits includes 3 full body workouts per week with optional workouts in between.
Regardless of which level you choose, you can expect a schedule similar to this:
Monday: Full Body With Weights
Tuesday: Mobility, Stability, or Core-Focused Workout
Wednesday: Full Body With Weights
Thursday: Mobility, Stability, or Core-Focused Workout
Friday: Full Body With Weights
Saturday: NEW Wild Card Workout
Sunday: Recovery-Focused Mobility
Level I and Level II follow the same athlete-inspired training split of 3 full body workouts per week with optional workouts in between.
The key difference is in the duration, difficulty, impact, and intensity of these workouts.
Level II workouts include more sets of more difficult exercises and progresses to include higher impact and intensity workouts.
