Does this challenge include home and gym workouts?
This challenge includes a combination of dumbbell-only and bodyweight workouts that can be completed at home or in a gym.
Are these workouts pregnancy and postpartum-friendly?
Yes! As always, we recommend getting clearance from your healthcare provider before beginning a new exercise program.
What style training can I expect?
