FAQs

When does the challenge start?

The Show Up Series starts Monday, March 18th.

What equipment do I need?

This challenge includes a combination of dumbbell-only and bodyweight workouts that can be completed at home or in a gym. We recommend having access to:

- 1 lighter set of dumbbells (5-10 lbs)

- 1 heavier set of dumbbells (15-30 lbs)

- Non-slip resistance bands (get ours here)

- Bench / box / or stable piece of furniture 1-2’ off the ground

- Exercise mat

What if I’m already a subscriber to The Team Plans app?

If you’re already a subscriber, this challenge is included in your subscription and you’ll be able to start on Monday, March 18. with everyone else.

Can I start at a later date?

Yes! The Show Up Series will remain available in The Team Plans app.

When will I get access to the challenge workouts?

The Show Up Series workouts will be available Sunday, March 17 ET.

Does this challenge include home and gym workouts?

This challenge requires minimal equipment and can be completed at home or in a gym.

Are these workouts pregnancy and postpartum-friendly?

Yes! As always, we recommend getting clearance from your healthcare provider before beginning a new exercise program.

How do I get access to the app?

Step 2: Wait for an email from “The Team Plans” (support@vhx.tv). This will include a “Start Watching” button where you can finish setting up your login info.
