Is the Team28 Challenge really free?

Yep, it’s 100% free to join the challenge! Every week you will get a new workout schedule and every day you will have a scheduled workout, complete with follow along video.

What kind of results can I expect from this challenge?

This challenge is designed to help you get fit and stick with it. While results may vary, past participants have had wins ranging from completing their first push up to losing 10+ lbs of stubborn fat.
