When does the challenge start?

New challenge groups start every week, bright and early Monday morning. We’ll email you everything you need to get started, so make sure to add hello@theteamplans.com to your “Contacts List” and read through your confirmation email carefully.

How do I access the challenge?

The Show Up Series will be in The Team Plans app, which you can access from your phone, tablet, laptop, or TV. Access instructions will be included in your confirmation email.

What equipment do I need?

Whether you’re working out from the gym, home, or doing a bit of both - we recommend having access to:

  • 1 lighter set of dumbbells (5-10 lbs)
  • 1 heavier set of dumbbells (15-30 lbs)
  • Box, bench, or stable piece of furniture 1-2’ off the ground
  • Light Team band (optional)

Is the Show Up Series really free?

The Show Up Series is 100% free for new app subscribers. In order to get the full 14-day challenge free, it’s important you read your confirmation email carefully and use the secret link.

What if I'm already an app subscriber?

If you’re already an app subscriber, you don’t have to sign up for anything - you’ll have access to everything within your existing subscription.
