What To Expect

FULL BODY 3X PER WEEK

Full body training hits every muscle, every workout. Rather than cramming all your exercises for one muscle into one workout, they’re spread out across the week. This allows us to train smarter, recover better, and ultimately get fitter, faster.

DAILY ACTIVITY

Between full body, we keep it moving to maintain your metabolism and reinforce the habit of staying active. As a general rule, I recommend doing a different activity or moving at a lower intensity. Your workout schedule will have ideas for this weekly!

EATING FOR ENERGY

More activity requires more energy! Eating for energy is about eating foods that digest well for you, at times that make sense for you, and in a way that elevates you both physically and mentally.

LIVING LIFE FULLY

Fitness should elevate, not dominate your life. While our “less is more” approach is based on working smarter, not harder - the flipside is that by focusing less on fitness, you can spend more time living. Because that’s the whole point, right?
